Privacy notice

With your consent, we use your email to send news about the partpicker launch. We ask you to confirm your email before adding you to the list.

What we keep

We keep your email, signup status, signup and confirmation dates, and a record of when and how you gave consent. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. We store only a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of each link’s code.

Cloudflare hosts the site, stores signups, and checks for bots through Turnstile. It also processes technical information to run these services. Mailgun sends confirmation emails and processes your email address, message content, and delivery information. To limit repeated requests, we temporarily store a keyed cryptographic fingerprint of your IP address. Your signup record does not contain your raw IP address.

Your choices

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in your confirmation email. For access to your data, corrections, or permanent deletion, email hello@partpicker.gr from the address you signed up with. You can also make a complaint to your local data protection authority.

How long we keep your data

During manual cleanup, we remove unconfirmed signups whose links have expired, records that have been unsubscribed for 30 days, and expired request-limit counters. This cleanup is not automatic, so these records remain until we run it. Confirmed addresses stay on the launch list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data. After launch, we’ll review the list and ask for separate consent before sending unrelated newsletters.

We may move confirmed email addresses to a mailing platform to send launch updates. We’ll name the provider in this notice before moving any addresses. Our confirmation emails do not contain tracking pixels.

Your browser remembers your theme and language on this device. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
